Poor service


I called in a refill prescription on Sunday, November 6th at 10:02 am. When my order was taken, I asked the clerk what time the med's would be ready for pickup. He told anytime after 12:30pm. I went to the store at precisely 1:04 and was told that my order was not ready and it would take an additional 15 minutes to get it ready. I told the clerk that this was the reason I was not doing business with Walmart Pharmacy because there is always sorry excuses. Then your pharmacist very rudely told me it takes 3 hours to fill a prescription, of which, I told him not to get on my case and to talk to the person who took my order. The only reason I went to your pharmacy was because I had refills left but I guarantee you that I will never set foot in this pharmacy. Rudeness will never win you clientele. I used to do around $800 or more of business but I got tired of the poor service. I failed to get the pharmacist name but I'll just go to Optumrx to get this filled.
