I had called in a prescripition the recording said no refills. So, I gave the pharmacy a extra day to call my doctor. Then I called in the RX number and the recording said the pharmacist needs to speak to you , but they are closed. So I called the next day and talked to a pharmacist, she told me to call my doctor and ask them to return the sheet that the pharmacy had sent, so they could fill my prescripition. I called my doctors office and they said they were doing just that as I spoke to them. So, the next day I went to wa-lmart to pick up my prescripition. When I got they told me it was still not filled, because they were out of the medication. I said why didn't they tell me that when I talked to them. She said I don't know. So, she ask the pharmacist when would the medication come in, they said 3 days. That made me really mad, I was competely out of it. Then the girl said to me "have a nice day". I was so pissed, they do not care about their customers. Suppose I got sick because I did not have medicine. They just do not care. They are there to get a pay check. They do not care who gets hurt in the process. I am fed up with wal-mart. I am going to take my business else where. I still think about that woman that said "have a nice day", I wanted to slap her. She did not have to be so rude. WALMART NEEDS HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.
