Wal-Mart Pharmacy Complaint

I live in dallas, a major city, with many walmarts. I have had numerous promblems with the pharmacy. First of all, they always pull up old doctors, and always tried to charge an outdated credit card, no matter how many times i correct them. Not to mention, their attitude ia horrible.they never apalogize or admit their faults. There is one really nice guy there who always works with you and actually looks as t your history. But everyone else just walks away. Today thwy straight up lied to me. They wouldnt give me one days worth of strattera until my doctor got back to them. Something they have had to do many time as. They said it was because i had not filled it since july, which i quickly pointed out was incorrect, and i had been filling it every month. Then she lied again an said it was becasue i wasnt getting full prescpitions. Im like, lady, ive been getting 30 days worth for years. Dont sit there and just make stuff up. Like we dont know out own medicine regimine. She also said strattera was a controled substance, which it absolutley is not, and if she is going to try and be like that she should at least have her facts straights. Absolutely unacceptable treatmnt of customers. We arent drug seeking. We just need our meds. Deal with it!
